ADHDaptive provides free ADHD information, resources and signposting for adults, young adults, parents and families. The ADHDaptive website includes practical articles about adult ADHD, late diagnosis, Access to Work, shared care, work pressure, parent support, young adult support and daily life with ADHD. ADHDaptive also offers a free 30-minute consultation- online or face to face. This gives people space to talk through what is going on, understand possible support routes and decide what may help next. ADHDaptive also publishes a free ADHD blog with plain English articles on adult ADHD, late diagnosis, Access to Work, shared care, work pressure, parent support, young adult support and everyday ADHD life. The blog is there for people who need information, reassurance or practical ideas before they are ready to ask for support.

 

Who can use this service?

Adults with ADHD, adults exploring ADHD, late-diagnosed adults, young adults aged 18+, parents and families supporting a young adult, and people struggling with ADHD-related challenges at work, study or home.

 

How are services delivered?

Online by video call, with phone and email contact where needed. Some face-to-face support may be available locally by appointment in public or hired spaces. No drop-in service and no home visits.
