Epilepsy Action

Epilepsy Action supports everyone living with epilepsy and also those around them. Our fully trained Helpline Advisors are here to answer any questions, provide a listening ear, as well as support and advice. Our Helpline acts as a gateway into all our other services, as well as offering tools and resources. We are here if someone just wants to talk, connect with others or wants more information, we also offer both in-person and online Talk & Support Groups and a 1-2-1 Befriending Service. Our services can help everyone.

How are services delivered?

Adults 18+- Anybody living with epilepsy which includes - People living with epilepsy; Carers; Family and friends of people with epilepsy and Professionals, including those working in health, social care and education

Phone, live chat and email.

Our Helpline is our gateway into other services such as talk and support groups, befriending and other information and signposting.
