Open Doors: Beyond Barriers

Activity will be delivered in the heart of our communities, with participants receiving dedicated 1:1 support to address health and wellbeing barriers to search for work. We hope this will also increase confidence to apply for a job; develop interpersonal skills and engage in life skills; help you gain accredited qualifications; become aware of green skilled jobs; help you improve or engage with IT and other skills to improve chances of employment successand improve their financial stability, self-esteem and health.

Confidence building and removal of barriers which lead to a positive employment journey.

Who can use this service?

Anyone aged 16 - 64 who is unemployed, Economically inactive, or Socially Excluded.

How are services delivered?

Online, face to face, or in the community.
