We aim to make contact with all referrals within five working days however our response time is generally a lot quicker. Calls may come from a withheld/private number.
Who can use this service?
The service is open to families with children aged 0–19 years. We take self-referrals and professional referrals.
How are services delivered?
In the main assistance will be provided by telephone unless another channel of advice is deemed more appropriate by ourselves.
