Inner Light Wellbeing CIC

Inner Light Wellbeing understands the profound impact that mental health challenges stemming from bereavement, grief, and loss can have on individuals. That’s why we are committed to providing comprehensive support that empowers individuals to successfully navigate their daily lives.Through free workshops, support groups, and an emergency fund, we strive to provide accessible resources to those who need it most.

Our emergency fund specifically targets individuals facing critical mental health challenges and financial hardships in the Northeast of England. By offering grants for alternative treatments, we aim to support individuals in achieving a higher quality of life and managing their mental health effectively. Alongside our Bereavement Group we also now have a monthly Grief & Loss Peer Support Group in collaboration with Bright Red Charity. Further details are available on our Facebook page
