Northumberland Recovery College: Neurodiversity Support

We run a 6 week online peer support programme - Exploring Neurodiversity Together that explores neurovivergence, identity and wellbeing. We also provide two safe and inclusive face to face support groups for neurodiverse people to meet others in Alnwick and Hexham. No diagnosis is required.

Autism / ADHD Peer Support Group - West every Wednesday 6.30 - 8.30 pm The Torch Centre Hexham

Neurodiversity Cafe  - every Thursday 11.00 am - 12.30 pm Costello Centre Alnwick 

No formal diagnosis is required for any of these sessions.

Who can use this service?

Anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland.

How are services delivered?

This service is delivered online via Zoom. 

The West and North Groups are held face to face.
