Widdi Welcomes provides a friendly , warm welcome to all in the community .Our services are open for everyone. We run a coffee morning on Thursdays 9.30-12.30 ( donations welcome) and a Warm Space Friday 16.00pm -18.00pm -Hot meal adult and children's menu - £1.50 adults £1.00 Pensioners /Children. The Food Bank is open on Thursdays 1pm -3pm for colelctions. Phone in an emergency.We provide food parcels to families , individuals and vulnerable people within a 5 mile radius of Widdrington Station.
The food bamk was Initially set up as part of the Parish response to covid for those isolating , a need was soon discovered and the community rallied around to provide support . We have a core team of volunteers who help maintain stores and deliver ...
We also provide space for:Tuesday: Scouts 19.30-20.30 -ages 10.5-14yrs,Wednesday :Mini Medics 17.30-18.30 - ages 7-16yrs -£2 per session, Thursday: Coffee mornings 9.30-12.30 ;Food Bank 13.00-15.00;Beavers :17.30-18.30 -age 5 3/4-8yrs;Cubs : 19.30-20.30- age 8 -10 1/2yrs, Friday: Warm Space 16.00 -18.00 pm (All ages , hot meal small cost involved).

We provide limited delivery for food parcels . Other services are provided at the building with our trained volunteers .
