Grow Into Work @ The Alnwick Garden
A 4-6 week work experience programme to include employability training, boosting participants skills and confidence, and moving them closer to the job market. Positions are available in a variety of departments within the Alnwick Garden, local businesses and organisations - candidates will be best matched to gain further experience and build new skills.

In addition to the above, The Alnwick Garden will reimburse travel costs and track participants for the following three months to offer assistance wherever possible, to assist with beneficiaries progression into employment, education or training.

Grow Into Work provides for unemployed individuals looking to gain work experience.
How are services delivered?
In addition to the work placement, beneficiaries will be provided with 1:1 employability support from our Employability Officer - dates and times TBD with said Officer.
