Counselling is available to anybody who self-refers into the service. All that is required is your name and contact number and a counsellor will call to arrange an assessment. We offer counselling by telephone, Zoom and also face to face at our centre in Blyth. The cost per session is £30. We sometimes have funding available to offer free sessions. Please note this is discussed a the time of booking and is not guaranteed. Our service is currently free to veterans.
Who can use this service?
All local people, including Veterans, can access our counselling service by self referral.
How are services delivered?
