Full Circle Food Project

Full Circle Food Project (FCFP) is a registered charity based in Ashington, Northumberland. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to thrive with the knowledge and skills to cultivate a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Through education, hands-on cooking experiences, urban gardening initiatives, practical strategies to minimise food waste and our Ashington Cycle Hub we aspire to create a future where everyone has access to nutritious food, understands its value, and embraces healthy, sustainable practices.

Further info

Our Full Circle Food Project offers hands on cooking experiences for all ages from families with young children to older people living alone. The emphasis will always be on health, taste, limited budgets and fun. The cooking sessions we offer vary from using a structured kitchen environment to outdoor cooking. For organisations/groups who are interested we have the equipment to come to you.

In our community gardens you will be supported to learn about growing sustainable food that tastes great, alongside practical skills such as composting and reducing food waste.

At Ashington Cycle Hub you will be supported to learn how to cycle safely and maintain your bike, while building confidence and practical skills.
